I recently purchased a Windows 10 computer. I had made a backup of all my desired files on my Windows Vista computer and attempted to restore the files to my new Windows 10 computer. I used a DVD for the backup and I used the Backup and Restore (Windows 7) on the Windows 10 computer (I couldn't see any other way to restore the backup:smileysad:). Apparently, the backup did not restore properly. Here are the problems I have:.When I tried to restore my Microsoft Office Home 2007 files to Windows 10 (I recently bought the Microsoft Office Home 2016 version which was downloaded to my new computer), the folders showed up in the Downloads section of File Explorer but most of the folders were empty and some folders only had a few files in them but not all the files.Some of my PDF files from Adobe Acrobat Reader were downloaded, but some were not.Could someone explain to me what I did wrong AND how I can restore all the files from my DVD disk to the Windows 10 computer?Thank you.
