I have a weird thing where grindy games are relaxing to me, but I'm unsure of what to try next.I played years of wow way to seriously with raid nights etc so I don't want to play an mmo unless it's great to play solo and ideally f2p, is the kotor mmo good for this?I tried disgaea 5 because I love tactics games but it's way too easy and doing weird stuff with the cheat menu to make it harder just isn't very appealing.I like the phone fire emblem game but there wasn't enough single player content.Any suggestions? Depending on what aspects of grinding you like best and what you consider grinding I came to suggest Guild Wars 2 with the few other things you stated.I don't like the combat as much as some other MMORPGs but I absolutely love exploring and the amount of meters and percentages to fill when it comes to exploring the world map and the things to do solo is pretty amazing. And you get rewarded for it in the game, too. Outside of that if you're someone that just likes collecting things I think the tracking it does in collecting items, gear, and achievements is well done, too.I really just wish I enjoyed the combat more.

My go-to grind game is for the 3DS. Developed by Level-5, published by Nintendo, music by Nobuo Uematsu. It plays like an offline-MMO where you choose your class ('life') and complete certain tasks to level up that class. You can change classes almost any time you'd like without sacrificing progress, and shared abilities (such as 'Short Swords') retain levels between classes and determine what type of equipment you can use. The best way I could describe it would be a cross between Final Fantasy and Animal Crossing. Lots of stuff to collect, tons of monsters to kill, lots of crafting, grinding gold to buy your house, that sort of thing.

The Origin Island DLC adds a lot of content as well as raises the level cap from 99 to 200(!). The story takes about 20-25 hours to complete but I've got save files with 200+ hours on them just because the grind is as much as you want it to be.If handhelds aren't your thing, I would recommend checking out The Elder Scrolls Online which is buy once play for free (no monthly subscription). There are easily a few hundred hours of story content on offer, and the game is VERY solo-friendly. In fact, I've never even joined a party and I'm about 100 hours in. If you never played it, I would still say you should give Granblue Fantasy a try. It just had so fucking much to do and the battle system can actually be quite cool (unlike, for example, Kingdom Hearts Unchained Chi/Union Cross).Another one may be Terra Battle, mainly because the battles are quite interesting and different, but it may be a bit too much Gacha, especially once the wait begins.Other suggestions, people already mentioned them though, Persona can get quite grindy, but overall the games are awesome. Then we have the various Dungeon Crawler, like the Etrian Odyssey series.

Fun games, I definitly recommend them (only on the highest difficulty though, for Etrian Odyssey that is).
